LoopCurrent is a new interdisciplinary performance installation comprised of movement, live music, prerecorded sound, woven tapestries, interactive garments, and projections. The "Loop Current" is a flow of warm water that affects the strength of tropical cyclones. This project references these water pathways, their destructive alterations, and the idea of looping time, where the threads of our past actions weave through our present and future realities.
